I call it “Building Positive Connections Through Food”. It’s targeted to young – perhaps newly married – interfaith couples who might not know much about the others cultures.
This cookbook tries to do two things. First, it can be used as a fun way to teach about the different traditions and world views each family brings to the table (pun intended). Second, it is a cookbook after all, so at least some good eating will result.
This Book will also intertwine strategies couples could use to cope with the stresses of living together. It includes sound physiological principles and basic communication theory in ways that are illustrative and helpful to young people trying to make their relationship work.
